Karey Scheyd, LPC
Karey’s practice is grounded in the belief that we all develop psychological, emotional, and behavioral patterns as a result of adverse life experiences, which can interrupt our natural ability to be present to our whole selves. By exploring our inner worlds with deep curiosity, we discover opportunities to change our relationship to ourselves (and therefore others), leading to embodiment of greater connectedness, aliveness, heartfulness, and agency. Karey brings humanity and humor into the therapeutic relationship, fostering an authentic and affirming environment for growth.

Stephanie Stillman, LPC, LCDC
At the core of Stephanie counseling approach is a belief that we have the intuitive knowledge and capacity for self-healing. Various life experiences, messages that we hear from others, and stories that we tell ourselves about ourselves can cultivate doubt about our capacity to change the self and the systems of which we are part. Stephanie approaches the counseling session as a safe space for locating the sources of hurt, shame, grief, and fear that are blocking your ability to experience healing, confidence, acceptance, and freedom.
